MRO Inventory
– Cleanse data bases, standardise and increase the relevance of the information and thereafter regulate the ongoing management of your MRO data.
– Assess critical spares requirements and provide gap analysis for MRO inventory
– Create Bills of materials (BOM) for critical plant and essential repair/overhaul kits to be issued and replenished as single SKUs.
– Develop and deliver fully kitted solutions for PM or overhaul projects delivered to site JIT.
– Deliver a process and procedure to drive excess and obsolete stock from your MRO inventory, either through redistribution to dynamic need, internal/external sale, or disposal for scrap value.
Process to Pay (P2P)
– Examine and define existing process, develop and initiate new ways of working to better utilise the preinstalled e - business aspects of your ERP or Plant Maintenance programme. (I.e. automating the Purchase order, MRP, Work Order or Request For Quotation (RFQ) workflow).
– Reduce process costs, remove stages and increase efficiency throughout the supply chain.
– Create effective and efficient Just In Time (JIT) stock ordering systems based upon real time min/max inventory levels.
Consultants will operate remotely, reporting to our clients at group level, or can embed within your manufacturing operations providing ongoing operational support.
